How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and style, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can securely complete your order in just a few steps.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this email.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
To protect your order, address changes are not always possible once the order has been processed. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@kickluxe.com, and our team will do their best to assist you.
4. Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can only be canceled within the first few hours after purchase, before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
5. Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping & Returns
1. Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, delivered securely with trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
2. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
Orders are dispatched within24–48 hours. Delivery takes around3–5 business days within the EU and5–7 business days for international orders, depending on your location.
3. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel in real time directly through the courier’s website.
4. Can I Return My Items?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
5. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Kick Luxe will cover the return costs.
- If you return for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
6. Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. To change a product, simply place a new order for your preferred item and request a return for the original one. Once received, we will issue your refund.
