You may request a return or exchange if:

To qualify for a return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Items marked as Final Sale — including limited edition, graffiti-inspired, or custom styles — are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect. This is clearly indicated on each product page.


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in these cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays within our standard 8–15 business day timeframe

  • Claims of inauthenticity (all items are verified before shipping)

  • Unauthorized or late return requests (submitted after 7 days from delivery)

Because each order is carefully processed based on your selection, we cannot accept returns due to sizing errors or personal preferences.

We only accept exchanges if:

We typically respond within 1 business day with next steps.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is 3–5 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Delivery delays within our standard shipping window

  • Customs duties or import taxes
