Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, counting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • With original tags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories


Free Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.


Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at 📧 support@kickluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the approved return address.

  4. Ship the return using a courier service with UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
    ⚠️ Returns sent via regular postal services will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a product (e.g., size or style):

  1. Place and pay for a new order with the desired item.

  2. Request a return for the original item.

  3. Once the return is received and approved, you will receive a refund for the first order.
